Where do we ship?

Mitzie Mee EU offers shipping to addresses in Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Spain. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

How long does it takes before I receive my order?

We typically use DHL, GLS or PostNord for shipping, and most orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. The estimated standard delivery time is thus typically 5-10 business days,  depending on the product and the shipping address. Some products have longer expected delivery time, which will be stated on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@mitziemee.eu with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free for orders over 200€ , otherwise we charge a flat fee of 15€  for shipping.
